ok im a apartment manager if i give a 30 day notice can they have me gone sooner and can u get a restraining order against a minor

The answer to both questions is yes.

An apartment manager who is getting free or reduced-price lodging as part of the job can be required to leave immediately upon the employment relationship ending, and the owner can fire the manager at will. A resident manager is not a "tenant" and not entitled to notice or eviction procedures.
