how can i claim someones property that's in jail my brother is in jail and im trying to see what i have to do to claim his property

Are you trying to get legal ownership for yourself or get possession for him? You can not claim title to something you do not own; to transfer his property to a more convenient location for him, you need something in writing from him. Ask the person who is holding the property what the need.
