Are a three compartment sink for a restaurant and an a/c unit (self contained unit) both attached to the wall considered trade fixtures and removable when moving out of a leased property?

It is highly unlikely a sink would qualify as trade fixtures. I'd have to see the AC unit and how it was mounted to tell if it could be removed.
