Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I am not a contractor, built a new home and sold 18 months ago. Sold with a 2-10 warranty. What am I responsible for in the mean time as far as repairs. Originally intended to occupy but had to sell.

Hard to know; buyers can come up with some strange claims, and every site and every house has its peculiarities. Is there something in particular that concerns you? I think you might start off looking an the exclusions in 2-10's warranty contract, and see if any of them make you particularly nervous.

I agree with Mr. Whipple. At this stage, it would appear that you are on the hook for anything covered in the 2-10 warranty.
