escrow
I closed escrow on a property on/or about april 13, 2008. Escrow officer called after closing stating I was overpaid 5k and that I must return it. I did. Now few months later says I need to return 10k more.

I would argue that it was his mistake and you held good faith belief that you were entitled to it. Contact me directly.

If you truly owe the money, you owe the money. The question is do you really owe it.
