eviction or?
How can my mother( the owner of the house i've lived in for 25 years) kick me out? She has made sure i havent been able to pay taxes.

Are you for real? If you do not own the house, it does not matter how long you have lived there. At a bare minimum she can file an unlawful detainer against you. Your mother is not required to provide housing to a grown adult.
