Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My Father who is the eldest son in the family, has 1 elder sister and 2 younger brothers. His eldest sister along with her husband and children came to my grandfathers house very long time back and started living there, as my grandmother died at a very young age. after few years later my grandfather died, and when the time came for the property distribution, my father who was the eldest son had recieved nothing, and the big house had been occupied by my father;s sister and their family - leaving us to live in rented house. I was very young at that time and did not know all this - its been 15 years now - and i feel that there has been injustice happened towards our family. My grandfather was financially sound and had lot of property - there has been injustice done - is there any way we can reversed. Thank you in advance

15 years late? Not a chance, unless the house title is still in the name of the grandfather, not yet 'distributed' per the will.
