My Fiance And I Broke Up After 3 Years Together. I Moved In With Him and rented out my home. Now He Wants Me Out. He Is Threatening To Change The Locks And Take My Animals To The Shelter If We Are Not Out By Sept. 1st. I Wont Have Anywhere To Go Till Oct.1 when my tenants move. Legal Rights?

If you're a co-signer on the lease, he can't just force you out by changing the locks. He would be liable to you in damages. Please consult a landlord-tenant lawyer.
