Hello! I need to find out what kind of documents we need to sign with my friend, so I can inherited his property . It's in California, and all his relatives live overseas. How his marriage can interrupt this trust, living will or whatever we will sign."

Your freind needs to consult with an estate planning expert. Is he resident in the US? If so, he needs to find an effective estate planning attorney in the state in wjhich he resides. If he is , in fact , married, a careful analysis will need to be made as to the impact of the marriage on his ability to transfer property outside of the marriage.
