A lot line adjustment would, by definition, affect title to the parcels affected by it. Whether and to what extent it affects your Prop 13 status would depend entirely on the scope and details of the lot line adjustment.

The answer may also depend upon whether the adjustment is merely to bring the recorder's office boundary into conformity with the assessor's description of your parcel.
