foreclosure advice

I received a delinquent notice and claim of lein from the law firm of my Home owners association. It states that on april 2nd my house will be sold at auction. what are my rights to pay off the debt and stop the proceedings?

Call the law office and be prepared to write a check. If it has gotten this far, they are not likely to make a deal with you for payments, or reduction in amount due.

Yes, you have rights; you were supposed to be formally notified of all these proceedings long before now. If you are saying you never had notice of this, then you must promptly take action to try to set aside the default judgment, or you must negotiate a settlement.
