If my Trustee Sale passed on 6/10/2009 how long do I have legal to get out of the house that I own and have 2 roomates with?

I assume that the Trustee Sale actually occurred, and either someone bought your house or the house is now bank-owned. If you and your roommates don't voluntarily move out, all of you are holdover tenants (which is unlawful), and the new owner would have to evict. Eviction is typically a 2 month process. Having an Unlawful Detainer (eviction) on your record can get you blacklisted from renting.
