foreclouser
i am renting a home that is going into foreclouser in bakersfield ca, the landloard filed for bankrupsty but she hasent recived a notice of default yet. i was wondering about how long we have before we have to get out and if she will get a redemption period. also will we get a 30 day notice being that we are just the renters of the house and not the owners.

The foreclosure can be put off for a long time in Bankruptcy. But, there is no way to know for sure how long it will take. It is possible that there are better alternatives than bankruptcy. You can have your landlord call me if she wants to explore options.
