foreclosure took my home, HUD has been after me for $6,000.
I fought HUD they've apologized for THEIR error. My mortgage co has provided everyone involved erroneous info. due to this erroneous info HUD said they couldnt help me. My old mortgage co WILL NOT give me an accounting of the excess funds from the sale of my home. Done they have to answer to anyone? I have statements in writing that are proven lies. I have this in writting from HUD. Can Someone give
me some direction
