Grant Deed for real property

How do I list the names of an unmarried couple in receit of property on the Grant Deed with right of survivorship

Just list them as John Doe, an adult, and Rose Smith, an adult, equally as joint tenants with right of survivorship. Or you can say a single man/woman.
