Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

harassing landlord

I am writing this because I am in desperate need of some help .Everyday my landlord harasses me and anyone who comes to my house ,he shows up at my house whenever he wants without notice if i try to object to the visits he threatens me to raise the rent and or security deposits ,anyone who comes to my house he drives up super fast and skids across my driveway and starts asking what their name is and who they are here to see then tells them he is calling the police to come check their record, then when they leave he follows them home .On one occasion i heard something while i was a sleep in bed when i went to see he was standing in my living room.He drives by my house 5 or6 times daily he asks me questions about my boyfriend.I want to know if i can get a restraining order against him and if i decide to sue him what kind of lawyer i go to ? how does a restraining order work if its against your landlord ? And what the chances of the judge giving me one?i dont want to try to get one if my chances arent good for fear of the retalation from him .Please i need advice fast
