Hello,

Which form do I order online for declaration of homestead in California, since I am a married woman but I own my home soley as seperate property?

There are no correct forms that state married as couple but sole and seperate property of wife that I have found.

Use the single-person form. The purpose of the two kinds of form is not to inquire into your marital status, it is to determine how many are claiming a homestead interest.
