Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I own a home with a lot of equity. i want to refinance and take cash out to consolidate debts. to refinance i will have to put hubby on loan, deed. he owes back child support. how can i protect the home from a lien for his child support? hoe can i protect the home from his 2 kids upon our death. he is willing to do a post nuptial. but is that enough?

Why would you need to put your husband ( ex husband? ) on title. There are other ways to do this. One is to obtain a quitclaim deed to assure only you own title, and proceed as the sole borrower. Please see a capable real estate attorney. It's also time to do some estate planning.
