Homeless lady has put her stuff outside my house and camping there. Can I have her stuff picked up or trash it?

I'd be real cautious about tampering with someone else's personal property, even if that person is trespassing on your real property. If it's abandoned, maybe; but not otherwise.

call the social welfare dept and see if they will take her in and to shelter. Destroying her things would cause her serious harm. Worst case scenario is to call police to pick her and her things up.
