House inspection
I purchase a house a year ago and the termite inspection was done -no termites,
Few months after I moved in I noticed here and there the dusty brow spots around the house and to be told the house is full of termites. What are my options?

You can sue, but will have to prove that more likely than not there were signs of termite infestation or damage visible at the time of infestation. YOu will need expert testimony to support your case.
