interest on apartment deposit in LA
I know Los Angeles is one of the cities
that requires landlords to pay interest
on a renters deposit, but I can't seem
to find the rate. what is the rate my
landlord must pay me now that I have
moved out?

I didn't know that this was the case. If it is the law, you'll find it in the Los Angeles City Codes.
