A three day notice to quit or pay rent. Many stationary stores have a form for the three day notice.
Unlawful law is strictly construed. If the law is not followed your case will be dismissed by the court.
You must either get a book on this subject and spend the time necessary to learn the rules, or hire an attorney or eviction service to do the work. It will probably be cheaper to hire an attorney or eviction service than try to do it yourself.
