Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I live in an apartment where the apartment manager keeps letting random people into our apartment without notice, these random people are taking photos of things in our apartment and the manager is sending these photos in group emails to me, my roommates, and other third parties, then the manager lies about who took the photos and claims she is allowed to access my apartment whenever she chooses when in the contract it clearly states that she is only allowed to enter with advanced notice, or in case of a serious situation she can enter without notice. So i was wondering if this is a legal issue or should I just leave it alone?

Your Zip code of 70802 suggests that Louisiana law will apply (Baton Rouge). Since Louisiana law is the "most different" of all U.S. states, I won't even hazard a guess. If, however, you were in California, Civil Code section 1954 governs and limits the landlord's right to enter leased residential premises. You'll note that the law is pretty much reflected in the language of your contract (lease or rental agreement).
