Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Mold House

We were sold a house with a deadly mold and we

have it in our systems. Can we ask the real

estate company to send us they questions in

advance to prepare for the ansers? Is it alright if

we do so? Is there a law that states this and

were?

I am not sure what your question is but the seller had a duty of full disclosure to you if they knew of the condition!!
