My neighbors have horses. They are not in violation of zoning or any rules or laws. They take good care of them and keep their stall clean but a few other neighbors and I don't like the smell or the flies or the dust. Do we have any legal recourse?

Where the horses there before you came to the area? Have their historically had horses in this neighborhood? You have a potential lawsuit for nuisance, but, depending on the facts it may be difficult.
