Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My neighbor's kid scratched my car with his bike. I have no evidence of it, but I have timestamps and video of when they were riding and when they left. They are the only kids that ride bikes on our street area in front of my house. The mirror on the car was folded inwards after they left. They didn't give names. When the father asked the son in his language, he pointed to my car. The kid nervously shook his head yes. The father changed attitude to "oh no," but still refused to accept it. The mother said the kid also scratched her car in the rear end and tried to claim I did it. Plus, the neighbors on the other side like to use our front yard to play on or have their dogs go on it. Can I take them a small claims court?
