Your interest in the house is tenuous, unless you have a written agreement with her. You may be able to create an interest by way of a implied trust or some other legal principle. Most likely your payments will be considered rent or a gift to her. To protect yourself you need a written agreement. I know this can be a real romance killer, but it is either a written agreement or marriage to protect your interests.
