My parents have a living will & trust both have passed on and my oldest brother is first & I am second on the trust he has now gotten married. My question is if he were to die can his wife take the house they just got married this year..

Your post is rather vague; however, the answer to your question will likely be contained in the terms of the Trust. Further, it is not likely that your brother's wife would have any rights under the Trust.
