Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

What procedures are need to dismiss a judgement? I already sent in a Dismissal Form to dismiss a Partition Action case but it was declined because there has already been a judgement on that case. Now I need to dismiss that judgement. How do I do that on my own?

There is no such thing as dismissing a judgement. Usually a judgement is the conclusion to a case. Depending on your status in the case and the amount of time that has gone by since the judgement was entered, there may be procedures available to you to vacate the judgement or file an appeal. None of these are simple or involve filing a form. Some are very time critical, so if you really need to get rid of the judgement, you need to consult a civil litigator right away.
