Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I was in process of purchasing a home and deal fell through one of contingincies was apraisal it was removed because apraisal came in at agreed amount but then the appraiser changed appraisal and lowerd value of home offer was counterd at $3k over what the new value of home was and offer was declined by seller and listed property back on market am I entitled to money I put into escrow.

I would think so, based on your facts as I understand them (and the aren't entirely clear to me), but one would have to read all the escrow instructions to be really sure.
