Promise to sign
I live in Mexico, and own a home in Livermore, Ca. with a sister... She is in the process of selling the house. I am going on vacation and will not return until Feb. 23,2004. I would like to federal express a letter for her stating that i will sign what ever forms needed to sell the house when I return... So that the buyer will feel secure. or i would like to sign something that gives her all right to the house... what can i send her and i need to do it soon i am leaving feb 5, on vacation. and i need to write the letter in english, have it legally transcribed into spanish and then have it noterized... hope you can help when you reply. please send new email do not use reply mode. I never get those.. thank you

Give her a limited power of attorney for this limited purpose of sale, etc.
