Property in Calif going up for auction due to back taxes. Title is in estate of my uncle and c/o uncles sons name. I want to buy before auction as property connected to mine. How do I go about that?

You don't provide enough information to give you any specific response. Your situation is further confused by "c/o uncles sons name." Title can't be held "c/o" anyone. You should probably contact the uncle's son (isn't that your cousin?). If the auction is coming up soon, you had better talk to a lawyer in person right away as well.
