property lemon law?
Is there such a thing as a lemon law concerning real estate? My wife and I just recently purchased a brand new condominium and there are a whole slew of problems. Do we have any legal recourse on this, such as demanding our money back?

There is no lemon law for real estate. But you do have recourse to the builder. Look at your purchase contract to see if it contains any warranty. Thenn take all our papers to a real-estate attorney. He will explain our remedies.
