Quit Claim Deed to an individual from a Trust, when one of the trustees is decea

I'm filling out a quit claim deed, my mother is deceased and my father is the remaining Trustee of the family trust. How do I word the grantors on the quit claim deed?

Only your father need sign the deed. If it is a typical trust he became sole trustee upon your mothers death.
