A form of quitclaim deed may be obtained from the County Recorder's Office in which the real property is located. You may be able to access such a form by requesting it from the County Recorder, or by finding it online at its website. However, with regards to whether the use of a quitclaim form is appropriate in your particular circumstances, you should consult an attorney.
