real estate fraud

I am suing my real estate agent & broker for fraud.Just in case if i lose can the defendents come after me for damages ? or can the judge order me to pay the legal expenses for the other party???

Yes, if you sue someone and lose, you will have to pay the defendant's court costs, and you could be later sued for "Malicious Prosecution." If you are suing someone, you are not in small claims court, and you are not represented by a lawyer, it is likely that all these things will happen.
