real estate legal question
Bonnie put her house up as collateral for a bail bonds. Now court case is finished. Her son missed one $300 payment. Now the bail bonds company says Bonnie's house IS IN foreclosure. Can they really take her $250,000 house for a bond amount owed of $6400?
