I received a unlawful detainer roiled up and put between the door knob and door jam, and on the 3 day notice name was missed spelled, the person on the 3 day notice to whom to pay the rent to is not at the address given , and where it said person served if other than tenant the landlord put his name there, what can I do

You need to find out if you are being evicted or not. My best suggestion is for you to go to the courthouse, get a copy of the papers that you are missing and then consult with an attorney immediately.
