Recording a Lien

What form (Judicial Council?) should be used by a HOA to record a lien for delinquent assessments? (requirements of 1367.1 have been met)

There is no Judicial Council Form for an Assessment Lien. If you contact our office, we can tell you all steps that are needed to recover past due assessments.

A lien for deliquent assessments is a customized form that should be drafted by an attorney. Legal fees incurred to collect delinquent assessments are recoverable form the unit owner.
