rental agrement

can i give to my tenant the 30 days notice to terminate rental agrement any time or it has to be given the day when the rent is due.

You can give a 30 day notice any day of the month. The following month, you cannot collect rent past the day of the 30 day notice. If you have any questions or need an eviction, please contact us at 714 363 0220.
