I'm renting a condo from a place that is maintained by a property management company. There is only one main driveway entrance, which has a low roof and height limit of maybe 15ft. The only way trucks can come in through the side gate which is locked. Now they want $150 to open that gate so I can get a moving truck in the parking lot to move out. Can they do this!? It seems like extortion.

That sounds crazy. That is incredibly expensive just to open a gate. Am I missing something here?
