Responsibility for fixing water leaks
Windows in the condo above mine are leaking and causing water damage in my condo. Whose responsibility is it to fix or replace the leaking windows? Windows owners? Associations? Mine?

It may be your upstairs neighbors' and perhaps the HOAs responsibility. You might talk to your own homeowners' insurance carrier or agent to clarify this issue and to perhaps go to bat for you.
