Retaliatory Eviction
Myself & my 13 yr.old daughter were illegally, retaliatory evicted while away on Christmas weekend. Judge, after 4 hearings awarded us back in with recriminations to them. I continue to be harrassed, threatened by "thug" on site manager who has continually slandered us, stalked my daughter, and set up survelliance. Can I get restraining order against him? (I created and headed a tenant assoc. 4 yrs ago that brought Fair Housing & the city to investigate them, they got in big trouble) Fair Housing has backed off satisfied with minimal compliances. I am left alone.

Although it is very difficult you may have a claim for civil harrassment and for invaision of privacy. You most have outrageous conduct and no reasonable basis for the actions which you find offensive. You should consult with an attorney to review all the facts.
