Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I was served a 3 day notice after my home was sold in a trustee sale. What happens next? Will I get a summons? Can I answer the summons? Do I have just 3 days? I am not a tennant but the original borrower.

You may get a summons and cross-complaint or file a complaint within one year time if the 3-day notice is attempted to be enforced upon as it is likely invalid. You will need to defend the Unlawful Detainer petition agressively. Contact me directly.
