sold my home rented it back
person who i sold my home to acted as agent, with no licence. I did not sign closing statement, 2nd mortgage on closing statement is not mine. I paid rent in advance for 1 yr. They also took money without my consent. Now I am being evicted, was served with complaint missing pages. My funds are very low cant pay rent. Am a single mother with mentally unstable son. Please nelp

Contact the district attorney's office of consumer fraud and file a report. Take all documents that you have with you. After fully exploring this matter the da may determine there there is possibly fraudulent conduct that can be prosecuted.
