status of Residential manger after termination from work

what is the legal staus of a residential m,anagewr after the landlord fires the manager.if manager has aleways paid rent,is he still tenant or not?

also the lease exists ,albeit with an addendum linking the residence with the job

His legal status would be that of the tenant. His rights would be defined by any written contract between him and landlord. If you wanted to give them out of the apartment you'd have to go through a regular eviction.
