I�m not entirely sure I understand the question.

But, if you�re just looking for the form to transfer property from a child to a parent, then you need a document that says, in essence, �child grants to parent (property).� There�s more to it than that, but a Grant Deed form is what you�re looking for.

With any property transfer, it is always advisable to purchase a policy of title insurance. If you do so, through an escrow company, for instance, they�ll prepare the deed for you for about an hundred bucks.
