Can I be sued for unpaid rents after I moved out if I never had a signed rental agreement. only verbal agreement with owner and verbal agreement ot move out.

Yes, if the owner can prove in court that the two of you had a valid agreement even though it was verbal, and the term of the lease was less than one year, say, six months, and you moved out before the end of that term. If he claims the lease was a year or more, then he will lose because such an agreement has to be in writing.
