I want to pull out my home from trust and put in my new wife's name and my name as joint tenancy. How do we do or do we have to dissolve the old trust. Can we pull out house first.

you need to deed the property from the trust to you and your wife as j/t's. That is all. In the alternative, you could amend your trust to name your wife as a co-trustee. You should have an experienced attorney prepare the paperwork for you.

You can do what Mr. McCoy suggests if it is a revocable trust and you are the sole trustee. If the trust is irrevocable or you are not the sole trustee, the process is not so simple. In any event, you'll want to retain an attorney.
