transfering jointly held real estate to a revocable trust
I am a 50% owner of real estate with my sister. The property is in Los Angeles, CA. I live in AZ. How do I transfer my portion of the property to a Revocable Living Family Trust held by my wife and me? The trust is established in CA.

You record a grant deed from yourself to you and your wife as trustees of your trust. Unless you know how to prepare the deed, I suggest you contact a lawyer in your area to help you with preparing and recording the deed.
